Mayer & Cusack LLC is a small firm built on a client-centered philosophy. We believe the most informed clients are the most satisfied. When our clients need help with matters that require court appearances, they can feel comfortable that all our attorneys have extensive jury trial and bench trial experience. We serve clients throughout Southwest Ohio and beyond. Our attorneys are licensed to practice in all Ohio courts, as well as courts within the federal court system. We most often appear in Courts in Greene (Xenia), Montgomery (Dayton), and Clark (Springfield) counties on behalf of clients.
In addition to matters requiring court appearances, we provide our clients with representation, advice and document preparation in various legal matters.
