Ms. Deeds assists clients in estate planning with the preparation of Wills, Durable Powers or Attorney for Healthcare, General Durable Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills. In addition, she assists clients navigate through the Probate process. She also represents clients in guardianship and adoption proceedings. Further, Ms. Deeds also completes work with the firms business practice in matters including but not limited to evaluating each clients specific needs and setting up various business entities to best serve those needs, contract disputes, and litigation matters.

Ms. Deeds is the assistant prosecuting attorney for the City of Fairborn.
Ms. Deeds represents the City of Fairborn and the State of Ohio in prosecuting misdemeanor criminal matters that occur in within the City of Fairborn, Bath Township, and Beavercreek Township. Ms. Deeds has gained extensive jury trial, bench trial, and appellate experience through her position as assistant prosecutor.
